Happy New Year! I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas vacation and enjoyed time with your families ringing in 2011!
We've had a busy holiday thus far and still have another week until the man of the house returns to work, our playgroups and classes start up again and order will finally be restored in our home! K sure loves having his dad around since he doesn't get to spend much time with him otherwise and we've been able to do a bit of sightseeing around Sydney. We've even taken our first family road trip away for a few days down to some beautiful and breathtaking beaches a few hours south of here. It's been a busy and memorable holiday thus far.
Unfortunately, over the past month S had a bit of a biking accident (he's ok now though), K and I have both fought off sickness and my camera and Mac have have been on the fritz. Needless to say, blogging has been on the back burner for a while now and will continue to be for a little while longer. Sometimes I think it takes a whole lot of little signs from the Universe until we finally see the big picture and choose to listen.
In the past I've stressed myself out trying to keep up with this blog, especially when it comes to getting Tot Tuesdays up every week. Right now I'm really enjoying being off the computer and spending more time reading, meditating and spending time with my family. I want this blog to be a fun and creative outlet and not something that is taking away from other important facets in my life. Since I cannot seem to find that balance I don't feel like I'm quite ready to start up again.
I'll still be hosting Tot Tuesdays as well as sharing things I've already created but haven't shared with you just yet. Of course, when time permits I'll be blogging about other stuff as well but definitely not as frequently as I have in the past. I hoped to start Tot Tuesdays up again this week but I probably won't get to it until next week (or later). I hope that you don't mind and that you'll stop by and say hello when I'm up and running again.
I'd like to take a moment and apologize for my Christmas Busy Bag Ebook. My intentions were to create
Can you believe I started this blog a year ago? It means a lot that each of you stop by, leave comments and support me in my blogging and creative efforts. It's been a great place to learn, share and grow and I treasure the wonderful support system I've made over the past year. Thank you for following me along this journey. I look forward to sharing more creative ideas, tips and personal stories in 2011.
