I have my heart set on decorating pumpkins with my little man this year. Even though there are heaps of pumpkins here in Australia they are crazy hard to carve and I'm pretty sure I'd end up in the hospital missing a finger or two if I tried because I'm crazy clumsy like that.
Since I don't have mad chef carving skills I figure I'm left with two options:
1. Carve a watermelon (which seems silly); or
2. Decorate a pumpkin without carving it.
