How NOT to make chocolate dipped strawberries

Stoked that I lost 4 kilos (that's heaps!) I decided to celebrate by making chocolate dipped strawberries. Since I'm burning or destroying all things made in the kitchen this week this is what they ended up looking like:

They still tasted good though. Should you choose to make some yourself I hope they come out looking a lot better! Here is the recipe:

Easy Chocolate Dipped Strawberries

You will need:
-2 large good quality chocolate bars
-12 large fresh strawberries, stems on
-Wax paper

What to do:
-Leave the stems on the berries so you can hold them when dipping.
-Wash and dry the strawberries.
- Break chocolate into small pieces and place in a microwave safe bowl.
-Heat in the microwave on high for 30 seconds.
*Make sure to stir the chocolate and continue heating, if needed every 15 seconds until melted or you will burn the chocolate and it will look like mine did*
-Holding by stems, dip each strawberry into the chocolate.
-Place on wax paper to cool.

Enjoy indulging your inner skinny bitch!
