I'm finally getting around to decorating my house for Valentines day. However, since it is my first Valentines Day here in Australia I am starting completely from scratch. Here are some of my favorite decorating ideas & tutorials of which I hope to make/ use this year:
I absolutely love this ribbon wreath and will
attempt to make my own this year.
This beautiful FREE printable Valentines bunting is from Tricia Rennae
& is destined to hang in my living room.
If I had more room in my tiny townhouse I would
make this Valentines tree from Beth @ The stories of A to Z
I also like the idea of making a wish tree for Valentines
day like this one from Kind over matter
When K is older we can make these crayon shaving hearts together
Hope I've given you a little inspiration to craft away & beautify you house for Valentines day!
On an exciting side note I finally figured out how to make my own button for this blog. This is a very big deal because the previous version of myself was pretty much computer illiterate (insert huge applause & a pat on the back here). It only took me about 3.5 hours to get it right! HAH! I may not have showered yet, am still sitting in front of the computer with messy hair, dark black circles under my eyes and stains on my shirt from tonights dinner, attempting to post this blog with a half crippled & cramping hand, BUT, I finally got it right & am feeling mighty proud of myself!
Anyways, the moral of this rant is that if you like my blog, use my ideas or link back here in one of your blog posts, please grab a button & give me a shout out.
Thanks & good night! :)

So glad to be part of your inspiration :). I laughed when I saw your link to my post though. My name is Beth Crabtree Hunter but my blog is called The Stories of A to Z. I so, so wish I could easily change my http:// to this, but alas, I cannot. It's confusing.
ReplyDeleteSorry about that Beth. I changed it ;)
